Buyer may place orders on the site by adding desired Goods in the basket, will complete Order committing the payment by one of the indicated ways. Once added to the shopping cart, a good is available for purchase as there is stock available for it. Adding a good in the shopping cart without completing Order, does not entail placing an order, thus no automatic booking for the Good. By checkout Buyer agrees that all data provided by him/her, necessary for the purchase are accurate, complete and true at the time of order. If BOWEMA confirms the order, this will involve a complete acceptance of the terms of the Order. Order acceptance by BOWEMA will be considered completed when there is an electronic confirmation (e-mail) from BOWEMA to Buyer that the order has been checked and is to enter the delivery process without requiring a receipt from the buyer .
BOWEMA is not considering in any moment an unconfirmed order, ie for which no confirmation email was sent, as having the value of a contract. This Agreement shall enter into force on the order confirmation by BOWEMA. Confirmation is done electronically (e-mail) after preparing the order.
